This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 that requires publishing of the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms for access or usage of www.shifamedix.com website and its mobile applications.

www.shifamedix.com an internet-based portal and “Shifa Medix”, a mobile application, (hereinafter together be referred to as “Website”) is run, operated and maintained by Shifa Medix Company (hereinafter to be referred as “Company” or “We” or “Our” or “Us”), a company primarily incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having the registered address at 120, Arya Gowder Road, West Mambalam, Chennai – 600033.

For the purpose of the Terms, wherever the Content so requires “You”, “Your” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal individual who accesses, uses or subscribes to our Website, agrees to become a purchaser or buyer on the Website or avails or offers to use any of our services.

The use of the Website is offered to You, subject to agreement of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Terms including policies that are incorporated herein by reference, along with any modifications / amendments made time to time by Company at its sole discretion and posted on the Website, including by way of imposing an additional charges for usage to or use of a service or services.

The Company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any policies or guideline of the Website including the Privacy Policy, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective instantly upon posting the updates and changes on the Website and You waive any right You may have to receive specific notice of such changes or amendments, provided however that, We will inform You of such modifications within the timelines as may be specified under the applicable laws. 

2. PRESCRIPTION DRUGS:

In order to purchase drugs and pharmaceutical products that require an original and valid prescription, You are required to update a scanned copy of the original prescription on the Website. [We, with respect to any drugs or pharmaceutical products, may dispense only those quantities as are specified in the prescription.] We will verify the prescription forwarded by You and in case of any discrepancy observed by Us, the order may be canceled by Us. You are also required to make the real prescription available at the time of receiving your delivery of the order. You shall also approve the delivery agent to stamp the real prescription at the time of medicine delivery, failing which medicines will not be delivered. The Company shall at its sole discretion and as per applicable law maintain a record of all the real prescriptions provided by the Users. 

3. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

When you create an account with us, you confirm that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is original, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may end up in the immediate termination of your account on Service.

You are completely responsible for managing the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service. 

4. RETURN, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES:

We offer return on the products and Services ordered by You on the Website which are subject to further terms and conditions as detailed in the cancellation and refund policy . The Cancellation and Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and the Users are requested to carefully read the same.

Neither company nor any person from the company makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, quality, accuracy, or availability of all the services.
